“Missed it by that much” is funny when Maxwell Smart says it. It’s not so funny when you hear your team say it because they’re bitter about having to do a team building activity and missing the chance to explore the meeting area. It doesn’t have to be one or the other – get smart and hire Masters of the Hunt! We can help you take CONTROL of the situation by creating a touring hunt. And, your team will get to experience the area without any KAOS.
In the television show Amazing Race, the emphasis is on the race. In the Amazing Chase, the emphasis is on the chase! Teams don’t get points for being the first team to complete the event, so teams can take it at their own pace. Instead, they earn points by solving clues that are paired with physical, mental and creative tasks.
Hunts & Haunts
Not your typical pub-crawl or restaurant dine around! Hunt down a series of local haunts where clues are served up alongside the refreshments! You may experience brain freeze as you solve a clue attached to a straw in a frozen drink. Discover a clue that literally and figuratively takes the cake. Or, things may really heat up as you figure out the puzzle written on the inside bottom of your coffee cup.
The game isn’t always afoot. Sometimes it takes place in vehicles! Your group will rally together as they hit the road to solve clues. Teams travel by car, mini-van, bus or limousine to visit locations where they must compete in a mental, physical or creative challenge before moving on.
Want to take a three-hour tour, but don’t want it to end badly, like it did for Gilligan and friends? Your group will cast away on a customized hunt designed to get them to see the sights while seeking clues (and you don’t have to be as smart as a Professor to solve them). If it moves, it can be implemented into the hunt, whether it’s your group’s feet, bicycles, trains, Segways or boats (Skipper included).
